Mohallah is created by Mangla & Co LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the Mohallah website at this address. The Mohallah app will have its own privacy policy when it becomes available.

What we collect

We collect an email address if someone submits the updates form or the contact form.

We collect a message if someone submits the contact form.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or any cookies that identify visitors.

The site is served by Firebase Hosting, which automatically records standard server logs including IP addresses. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

We use an email address to send Mohallah updates the person asked for.

We use a contact message to reply to it.

We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal information.

We share only what each provider needs for its role.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for 12 months, unless needed longer for an active legal, business, safety, or support matter.

We keep updates subscribers until the person unsubscribes.

After unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum record needed to avoid re-adding or emailing the person again.

Unsubscribing

Every update email includes an unsubscribe link, handled by Buttondown. Subscribing uses a confirmation email, and nobody is added to the list without clicking that confirmation.

Requesting your information or its deletion

Anyone can email privacy@playmohallah.com to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.

Children

The website is for parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date. The current version always lives at this page.
